License Agreement

By using the software, and related documentation included with this agreement, (Buddhist Studies for Schools CD-ROM) you accept the terms and conditions of this license as set forth below and in the program materials.

The Buddhist Studies for Schools CD-ROM is licensed, not sold to you. All rights are reserved by the Buddha Dharma Education Association Inc. You must treat the Buddhist Studies for Schools like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a publication). This licence entitles you to do no more than use the CD-ROM for private study purposes on your own personal computer. The Buddha Dharma Education Association Inc. is the exclusive world-wide owner of the copyright subsisting in all materials contained in the CD-ROM and in the CD-ROM itself. You are not entitled to do any of the acts comprising that copyright. The licence is personal and non-transferable. The licence is terminable by the Buddha Dharma Education Association Inc. at will upon 14 days written notice to you.

You May Not:

Copy, duplicate or distribute the Buddhist Studies for Schools CD-ROM, without permission;

Use, or permit use of, the Buddhist Studies for Schools, in a network, online service or other multi-user arrangement or on an electronic bulletin board system or other remote access arrangement;

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Buddhist Studies for Schools CD-ROM.
